Our Story

Founded in 2011 by a father and son duo who envisioned delivering the highest quality legal counsel with the personal attention that only comes from a small boutique.

The partners bring to bear a combined fifty-plus years of legal knowledge and big firm training and experience, yet do so with the approachability and personal attention that only a small, client-centered firm can provide.

We not only spot the hurdles, we help you clear them.

Most importantly, when your deal is on the line, we make sure you are protected. Based on their actual experiences with us, our clients trust us to advise and represent them throughout their sophisticated real estate, financing and other business transactions.
